Land Remediation

The Land Clinic's personnel have extensive knowledge and experience with a range of remediation techniques.

• Bio–remediation
• Soil washing
• Treatment of contaminated groundwater

We specialise in determining the most suitable remediation technique for each project, and then executing this technique on site to produce the best overall results in terms of cost, quality, programme, safety and the environment.

We can also advise on tax credits as a company is entitled to 150% tax relief on expenditure on land remediation which reduces the potential harm of the site.

We work in partnership with external consultants so we can offer the total solution from site investigations, remedial strategies, actual remediation works and the full validation service on projects where required.

The Land Clinic's has a full mobile waste management licence [No. EAWML/50420] issued by the Environment Agency covering all our Environmental Services.
